Having trouble with events

They’re not published and don’t appear in the app in Honduras…

Wazer can’t see the events we’ve created in the last month.

Is this happening to anyone else?

This is a common report by editors. The push notifications are a lot more complicated than they initially seem. There are many rules we don’t see that determine whether a push notification is sent or not.

Sometimes, we also make events incorrectly, which can lead to push notifications not being sent. I see you’ve done some Waze Academy courses. I also recommend you do this course on closures and traffic events, which talks about some of the rules.

Waze can also not push if there are errors or typos in your event. Make sure you’re adding them to the exact requirements which are discussed in this wiki page.

If you continue to have issues, talk to @dleop7 who is the coordinator for your country, who can escalate to staff.

Thank you very much, in fact we were talking to him about that and you already saw what the problem was that we were having in relation to the events and it wasn’t a bad configuration, but something related to the time of publication… Thanks anyway
