In South Africa we encounter many trucks stuck on the shoulder, which is a larger hazard than cars; could we also get “Truck on shoulder” in the hazard menu?

This would need to be requested as a feature request with Waze. Its not guaranteed to be added tho, but we can start the process.
I cant find anything similar being requested, so you can go ahead and log a request here
