I don’t see the location listed on the website yet, it must be too new. Do you have a phone number that could be provided for this office? I’m also not sure where in the plaza the clinic exists, so if the position needs adjustment please let us know.
Actually I did find a Facebook post with a phone number and an indication that the clinic will be opening in July. Is this still accurate or has the office opened early? Do you have an opening date?

If possible, could the category be updated from “Other” to something more appropriate such as Emergency Pet Hospital and Veterinarian to improve search visibility for users looking for emergency veterinary services? Also the clinic is open 24/7.
You’re welcome! In order to make sure appropriate results are found in the app, we make the category “Other” and reduce the open hours for establishments that aren’t currently open. As soon as the clinic is open the category will be changed and 24/7 hours will be added (we also update the name and description to remove the “Opening soon” tags). I’ll try to remember to check back, but could you leave us a message here when the clinic opens? We can do the name change and update the other information items to make sure it’s ready to go for the opening.
I understand. One request: please change the name of the location to “URvet Care Medical Center - Roslyn” instead of just “URvet Care Medical Center”. There other are 3 other URvet Care locations and opening soon without the full name of the center (with location) may confuse users.
Also, once the clinic officially opens, it’s perfectly fine to remove any opening-related tags or references that are currently being used to indicate that the location is upcoming. I will let you know when the location opens.
