Hi Waze Map Editors!

I’m hoping you can help us update the Waze listing for one of our business locations.

Our previous Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart location at 955 Grape St, Fullerton, PA has permanently moved and has also undergone a name change.

Updated business information:

  • Business Name: Lomax Carpet & Floors
  • New Address: 2570 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall Township, PA 18052, United States

We would really appreciate your help updating the business name and location on Waze. As part of our customer service process, we frequently share our Waze location with customers who call for directions to our new store. Currently, the new address appears as a blank pin without any reference to the Lomax brand, which can make it difficult for customers to confirm they are navigating to the correct location.

Hi,

I removed the old listing from Waze and added the new one to reflect the name change.

Previous customers who used Waze to get to the old address will need to delete it from their search history, saved/favorites, work, etc., and search again.

For new customers, the new listing will show in the app in a few days.

Quick question: when we view the new location on Waze maps from a PC, we are seeing a message saying, “Your changes for this place need to be reviewed.” [Screenshot]

Does this mean our store and location are not live yet? In my Waze app, I can see the new store, but I wanted to double-check.
