Address / pin change request for business

Hi there - I’m a member of the IT team for Reliable Respiratory in Norwood, MA.

We moved suites back in 2024, but Waze is still directing patients to our old address, which is causing a lot of confusion for the patients and the new tenants.

  1. I was looking to change the address from 1504 Boston Providence Tpke, Suite 11A, Norwood, MA 02062

to: 1502 Boston Providence Tpke, Suite 12, Norwood, MA 02062

  1. The hours for Monday - Friday should also be 9am - 5pm.

however the boxes are greyed out (I’m assuming because I’m a level one editor).

Would someone mind assisting, if possible?

Hi! I’m a volunteer map editor. I’ve updated the address of Reliable Respiratory, but I’m unable to verify that placement of the map pin is correct (no readable Street View is available).
It can take 2-3 days for updates to become fully effective, so please allow some time. Please note that previous searches for that place may be cached in the app and don’t update automatically. After allowing time for the update, delete any Saved Places or navigation history you have in the Waze app for that place before trying again.

If I included a video or image of the front door and the surrounding area - would that suffice?

I will get an image ASAP at least to replace the one there that features 11/11A on the door.

The best thing would be to drop a Map Issue report in the app, right at the entrance door, to mark the correct location. Thanks!
