could someone please look at a UR raised in my area.
I can not seem to find the issue that is being reported - All restrictions seem to be correct and in place.
Could you please advise.

I think the original reporter has answered your question. It looks like he’s added some new (red!) roads to show where his place of work is. Without these roads on the map, it’s very possible that the closest segments to his destination point are on the south side of the river.
The problem is not that he’s being routed through a restriction - he’s simply being sent to the wrong side of the restriction.
If you finish off his new roads (or work to help him do so), it should solve the routing problem.

This is one that’s unravelled itself as the day has gone on.
At the time of the original report the reporter had not added these " red roads ".
I have already PM’s the reporter and asked him to complete this work.
I was fairly certain that the wasn’t a problem with the restrictions that I had added the routing engine most certainly appear to be working correctly.
I thank everybody for looking at this UR. I just wanted to double check my thoughts.
