Welcome to Waze editing, now might be a good time to have slow but steady browse through the UK Guidelines & Policies which contains a lot of useful info. Also there is the UK Wiki which has even more, too much to take in all at once but a great resource.
You’ll find everyone here ready to answer your questions and nudge you in the correct direction on the quirks of using the Editor.
