Hello! New to Waze. I’m in a new build sub and my address is “pinned” to the wrong area within our sub after saving my home address in my profile. I’ve been playing around to fix it, but I can’t seem to get the home icon to show at the correct location with the sub. When I look at the app, my car location is correct (where I’m parked), but the house icon is in the wrong location (two streets over). Could you please help me move my home icon on the map so it shows at the correction location where I live?
Hi - We can help, but need some more information.
What is the address? I can look it up to see where the error is. If this is a new road, it’s possible the address is not specifically in Waze, so the app is getting a location coordinate from another source.
You can also try to add the address yourself using your app. Click the report button (triangle) and then select PLACE. Follow the prompts to add the residential address.
