Waze has now established Hong Kong (China) as a new locale, with its own polygon.
Cities formerly named “…, Hong Kong” should now appear without this suffix, in English and Traditional Chinese, with the Country shown as “Hong Kong (China)”.
However, segments and Places with no City (or with a City name that didn’t include “…, Hong Kong”) are still listed with the Country shown as “China”.
Please help to identify and edit Segments, to change them from “China” to “Hong Kong (China)”, wherever found.
This should help ensure that WME performs correctly (e.g. correct building of roundabouts - as works in Macau).
Note: A bug has been identified in Places, so edits may not be possible at the moment. Watch for resolution.
