Horse Park Dr ACT Lvl 3 assistance needed

Hi, I just saw on the local WIN TV news that Horse Park Drive in the Gungahlin area is now open.
There are a few segments that need connecting up but two of them are locked at Lvl 3 and I’m at Lvl 2.

This following locked segment is pretty much in the middle. For some reason it is showing as a minor why. I think it should be primary street status. It also needs to have the ‘Under construction’ removed from the name.

The above segment needs to be connected to this segment (not locked):

And connected to this locked segment, which needs to be straightened a little and upgraded from street to primary street.

If someone could fix this up that would be great. Or alternatively unlock the first and third segments and I’ll do. I’ll also try and do a drive through in the next week or so to check the alignment (its a bit out of the way though).

This part of Horse Park Dr is now open for wazers in Gungahlin to enjoy.
BTW I’ve set the lock level to Automatic (1).

That’s OK for the moment, but be advised that all automatic are at (1) for the moment, road ranks have not been introduced to live WME yet…can go up to L4. It’s OK to give it L1 as well if it is not finished.
