Recently HOV lanes are the only routes being offered during evening commute from Dallas to Rockwall TX via I30. This means I am directed onto the I30 too soon in Dallas and then cannot trust incident/traffic reports for most of the commute. This only started about 1 month ago so something has changed in the system. Is there a way that I can exclude HOV lanes or can you check what changed in the system? Thank you!
We are seeing the same issues in Houston. I think editors need to go in and change HOV after the last production release. We have one editor in Houston working the project. Thanks for reporting this. Hopefully more of us can help out.
