How do I know who is my Area Manager?

and how can I contact him/her to request that a street (with several errors) is unlocked in the map editor?

You have a couple of options…

  1. If you really want to know who the Area Manager(s) for your area are, you can go to Cartouche (the old editor) and use the Area Manager Layer. There may be more than one for your area. You can still access Cartouche at https://www.waze.com/cartouche_old/, but be aware that that editor is in the middle of being retired.

  2. You can just post unlock request in the “Update Requests” forum (https://www.waze.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=199) and either your local AM will respond of one of the higher ranking nation wide editors.
