How to add an expressway to Toll and HOV passes?

Hello everyone,

I need help in adding a toll road here in Cebu (Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation) to Toll and HOV Passes.

Checking in the app, I can only see Toll Roads in Luzon area (AutoSweep RFID & EasyTrip RFID).
Appreciate any response from this community.
