How to change a business address

Good Afternoon,

My business relocated and unfortunately the old address is still listed, how do I add the new address and delete the previous one?

You can just tell us the name of the business, category, and old and new address.

It’s also helpful if you can tell us the following details, so that we can create as complete a Place Point as possible:
Phone Number
Website
Hours of operation
Services

(You can also report much of this in the Waze app, by tapping the Report button and then Place.)

If you haven’t already requested a change in Google Maps, you should do that as well.

Good Morning,

The company’s name is Entrada Therapeutics.
The old address listed in Waze in 50 Northern Ave Boston, MA
Our new address is 6 Tide St. Boston, MA 02210 ( We are located inside the smartlabs building)
We are a biotechnology company
Our website is entradatx.com
Our phone number is 857-520-9158

Please see the two pictures attached, one of the outside of our building, and the second one of our suite in the building. Please let me know if you need anything else. We have submitted our changes to google maps and we are currently under review for address change.

I’ve approved the Waze Place that you created and updated details. It may take 2-3 days until the updated details are visible in the search results, but the Northern Ave search result will now redirect to Tide St.

However, anyone who has searched for the business previously may have a cached search result for the old location in the app. That does not update, and needs to be deleted. (It would be in History or Favorites.)

Hello,
I’m another editor who works with Mudge42. I also sent a request to Google Maps regarding the new address for Entrada Therapeutics. I just received a reply from them indicating that they have also made this change in their app.
