- Your level (e.g. L2)
- The location (City, Village, Area)
In the message
- Describe why you need the unlock
- Give a Permalink to the segment(s) you wish to unlock
When a request is completed
- If your request has been completed, mark the topic as resolved (green tick)
- Thank those who have helped you (thumbs up button)
