Hi Area Manager Dubai,
There is a new R/A near I live, but I can’t edit it on the map, because 2 of the streets there are grade 3 locked. Unfortunately I don’t know how to produce a Permalink, so I added the coordinates: lon=55.15308 lat=25.00454317905659.
Can you please unlock it so that I can fix it?

I almost fixed the R/A, but I can’t connect the street coming from the left bottom corner, because it is grade 3 locked.
