This is because a two way road has become a one way road but people still drive it the wrong way illegally. Should these just be closed as “Not Identified”?
Those MPs are likely generated from older system data as that portion was changed to one-way not too long ago. The MPs was likely generated new as part of the resumed map updates.
I actually drove past there last week to verify the new layout. Just mark the MPs as solved.

We’ll likely get some minibus taxis shooting down that short segment that’s designated as one way anyway, so could potentially keep on getting these ‘for real’ in future 
Yes, the roads are correctly marked in Waze now. People are just so used to using the old route they just drive the wrong way. It’s usually when the N3 South is blocked.
