I feel that it takes too many button pushes to notify in app that there are hazards or traffic. Could short cuts or user favourites be introduced to cut for example a 5 button press action to highlight a broken down vehicle. Reducing this to 2. I know that I tend to report the same thing during my commute and feel less button presses would be safer.

Hi Jamie, since this is your first post, welcome to the Waze forums!
Unfortunately you have posted to the wrong one. This one is for requesting enhancements to the UK map, and UK editors have no power over the app design. You could try one of the other forums (probably not a UK-specific one) or this suggestion box.
If you would like to help with the map, you’d be most welcome to join the UK Editor community. Start here. (far too much to read in one go, I know).
Happy Wazing,
Ian
Sorry for chiming in, Ian.
Jamie, have you tried the voice commands in waze? Depending on your setting you can either wave at your phone, or do a three-finger tap, which will activate the voice command. You can then simply say “vehicle on shoulder” or “vehicle on road” and it gets reported for you.
A list with all/most commands is here: https://www.waze.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=22023#p198483
Hello. Is this feature working? I mean the voice command.
It works for me without issues, even with my weird accent.
Make sure you have it enabled in the app, under Settings, Voice Commands.
