Waze’s mapping has the industrial units of 14 Abbott road, Seven Hills location correct, but the access to them is via Stanton road.
Google maps directs you to turn into Stanton road then a right turn into the complex. Waze isn’t aware of this requirement.

I had a quick look at that address, I can see why Waze is not behaving the way you would typically want it to, but I also don’t know that there is a solution.
It looks like, unfortunately, a number of addresses that face Abbott road are just not accessible from Abbott road, due to it being a busy dual carriageway.
As the address navigation is probably handled by a google address search, it is just pointing you to a GPS coordinate of the address, with no knowledge of special access locations.
I would love to hear the thoughts of some other editors about this, as I am pretty new and unfamiliar with any corrective process for this issue.
