Steps to reproduce this issue:
it currently shows the closure date/times as - year/month/day, it should be - day/month/year.

In fact, it should match the user’s settings. Hardcoding of date formats died in the 90s

I’m experiencing the same issue as well.
When entering or viewing closure dates, the format currently shows as year/month/day instead of day/month/year, which causes confusion.
It would be great if this could be adjusted to follow the correct day/month/year format.
