Duplicating a Road Closure incorrectly populates the hours

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. Add a closure
  2. Duplicate that closure
  3. Move the start date to another day

The original hours (0700 to 18:00) are not retained. The end time switches to match the start time.

Thank you @G_W1Z for reporting this case. We had a similar bug in the past, and now it is back. I have filed an internal ticket for the team to address it.

I will keep you posted on the progress.
