Incorrect Directions due to a misplaced map marker

Hi all,
We have had issues with people having a hard time finding our house due to a badly placed marker, on the backside of the property, Google maps and Waze both send people down Halls Ln (cross-street to the north of us). The address is 5680 Eatonton Rd Madison, GA 30650.

Thanks for the report. I have made a few changes that we hope will help with the routing. It will take a few days for the app to get updated. Make sure to clear any previous search results and try again in a couple days.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ve fixed it in Waze. The change will appear on the app in a few days. After waiting that period, you must erase the old location from your favorites, home, and recently found destinations and search again to get the new location.

I requested that Google Maps also fix the destination, but we don’t have any control over that. Sometimes they do it in a week or two and sometimes never. You can go to maps.google.com, search for your address, and click Suggest an Edit or Send Feedback and move the marker to the right spot. Sometimes multiple reports of the same issue helps.
