Incorrect Driving Directions to Basics Paintball in Denham Springs La

Good Morning, I own a small paintball field in Denham Springs La. We are located at 36302 Ruby Moore Rd. Denham Springs La 70706. We are only accessible via a private road located at the deadend of Ruby Moore Rd. Unfortunately, Waze is leading my customers into an adjacent neighborhood ( Easterly Lakes ) that has no outlet. We get many calls from customers that are using Waze and are late for a party because they are looking for us in the neighborhood and cannot locate us.

We previously had the same issue with Google Maps. However, they were able to change it so that the route takes the customer all the way down Ruby Moore, down the private drive, and into our parkinglot. Any idea how we can get it corrected on Waze as well. Any help would be Greatly Appreciated!

You can report a new place with Waze and include a photo if you like. But I am adding it now.

The link did not work. But it is fixed.
It will take a day or two to propagate out through the servers.
If you have the Waze app when it does update, you can report a photo of the building.

The place name will be out in a day or two. Which is the preferred target to give your customers.
You can try the address again. It should work.
