Invisible link for Major Traffic Events form

Hi,

at the bottom left of an event’s card, you can almost see a link to the “Major Traffic Events form”… Maybe put it above the other divs?2023-04-07 23-07-56.gif

Perhaps we could change the “Major Traffic Events form” to “Major Traffic Events Information” to better reflect the purpose of the form.
This link could be a great asset to attract potential Waze partners and remove the “negative” sentence in the form: “The form “Event Closure Form” is no longer accepting responses.”
