Issue tracker not loading

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
Refresh and open the issue tracker. It fails to load any issues.
Endpoint returns a 500 server error.

Edit: Seems like it was down for 5 or so minutes. Is back to normal now.

It seemed to have fixed itself after 5 minutes.
