I was handle problems with my iphone and this caused that I had to restart my iphone. In the process I had to login again into Waze app but when I requested my new password and login again, I appears as a Waze babe instead as Waze Royalty. I´m from Costa Rica and I started with waze aprox 12 months ago, my nick name es jcar21 and my last rank was Waze Royalty with 34,147 waze point and 15,256 my rank in my place. I’m a waze lover and drove a lot to achieve my last position Waze Royalty. I really appreciate your fine cooperation in order to return to my scoreboard as well my Waze Royalty. :!:
It just requires a points re-sync. It’ll happen automatically, eventually!

I had the identical problem. At password reset, I lost all my points. Months have now passed and the original miles are still lost. Any help?
