Lost all points and km driven

My scoreboard shows 0 points and my level Baby Wazer, with status “Counting your first miles…” I had several thousand points and have been a grownup wazer for a long time. Under Driving Stats on the web site, all stats are also erased. Any advice?

I use Waze both in Norway and in the U.S. Perhaps Waze is not able to handle this switch back and forth… On the web site, all my km and points have been reset to zero for both regions.

Do I really have to start from scratch again? I can’t even get the usual bonuses, since these show that I have already received them - which should have made it impossible to have zero points…

Update: My score and km for the U.S. suddenly came back, but still missing for the World region… Perhaps after I had submitted a support request for missing points.

Same for me (France<->US) and some other people…
I can only see my “US” account points in the dashboard. Before going in US, my “World” account was ~ 50000 points and Royalty rank.

SAME AS ME! Because it keep lack, so I just log off for 1 min then re-log in again then that app says that I am a baby wazer and have 0 points “still calculating your rank” .
Hey, I am already a grownup wazer before I log out and now I have to eat that baby thing again???
What about my 600++ points I have collected???
Waze, just restore everything back for me!!!

But it did not work for me. All my World km/points have vanished, and I was stuck as a Baby Wazer “calculating your rank”. I am now back in the U.S. where my points are still working and counting.

Same here (leaving in the USA and in France for the holidays) , 0 point logged in the USA after coming back from France.

Placed a request 2 weeks ago and got all my points back yesterday … Just be patient i guess :wink:

I have the same problem <US - UK>. 3 years of point accumulated in the US have gone. I have been back from the UK for 3 weeks.
Points are still zero and numerous emails to Support are resulting in no help at all. The last email from them to me asked how my points did I have… I don’t know, I don’t keep a record. Surely they should know and just restore them.
By now they should have a handle on international travel. It is ridiculous to have these problems when people travel.

Hey guys, I have the same issue here. I was a ‘Waze Knight’ and after travelling to US and coming back to Brazil I lost everything. My profile icon still shows the sword image, but all my points were simply vanished from my scoreboard. It also says ‘still calculating your rank’, bla bla bla, and nothing changes. I requested help from Support team but I got nothing so far.

This is very frustrating, I’ll tell you what.

I’m from Europe, Hungary, and I have the same issue. I used Waze in the US for two weeks in May. The first region change from EU to US caused a loss of points and status, and it didn’t change for the two weeks of navigation at all. Coming back home I could check my status after the region change US to EU on 26th of May (‘Waze king’, 131 104 points, rank 1137), but the same day everything has been lost (0 points, ‘Baby Wazer’ again).
I hope the developers will correct this bug in the near future!

I had the same problem. I am from Brazil and I travelled to US.

And wait around 2 weeks. All my points returned to normal after 2 weeks from my ticket.

Me too!! i need help mi id enzomatias95, on my scoreboard it apear 0 point baby wazer and counting your first miles and i have been joined 2 years ago with 15,000 point more or less…

Has anybody found a solution to losing all points after traveling abroad. The same has happened to me after traveling to France and then returning to the U.S. I have tried all solutions listed including going to the dashboard changing my server to the U.S. ( although it had never been changed). Logging out of the app, logging in with a new temporary ID, logging out and logging back in with my correct ID. Nothing has worked to date.

How long has it been since you returned?

So that means nothing was lost, I guess it’s more of a synchronization problem

It’s been more than 3 weeks since I have returned from France. I know my dashboard shows my points but not my iPhone app. I have also tried re-installing the app with no success

More than 3 weeks seems a bit long, and since you mention that you’ve already read and tried the help on this issue then I suggest you open a ticket with Waze support.

Only they have access to accounts and user databases. People on the forum are mostly just community members and we can’t handle any of this data which only staff can see, meaning there isn’t much that we can do to help you, but they might :wink:

I don’t know how active this thread still is. But I had an issue of losing all my points as well. I used to be a King with over 60,000 points… now it says I have 656 points.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

This seems to be a brand new account. Make sure you logged back in your correct account. Login on the app is case-sensitive.

This issue is still happening, I had 351687 point in the US, and it show 0 and not accruing while traveling in Europe! I will be very bummed to have lost 3 years worth of status just because I run Waze while traveling!
