I have dashcam footage which allows me to provide the exact points where they transition, or I can make the changes myself if you drop the permissions on the segments temporarily to L1.
I’ve dropped the lock level to L1, so work away with the adjusted speed limits.

BTW, if you select all the segments you want to change before you make a permalink, then the link will have all segments selected when it’s followed. This is handier than four separate permalinks.

I didn’t, however, because U-turns are theoretically prohibited at the junction (without ducking into one of the side roads and doing a turnabout there) and I couldn’t figure out how to set up the right combination of allowed/disallowed turns - that didn’t also then prohibit the same turns when coming out of the side-roads.
Perhaps it’s not possible, and one just allows all the turns, and leaves it up to the driver to figure out that they pop into the left and reverse direction under traffic-light control - or chance a dodgy uey if the coast is clear (again, it should be largely traffic-light controlled)…
Given I couldn’t figure it out, I’ll leave it up to you to create the junction (or I can do it if it is indeed impossible to prohibit the u-turn).
I can’t find any names for the side-roads; that area used to be called Sallypark, so the turn towards the river can probably legitimately be called Sallypark - but I couldn’t swear to it. Swan Plastics (which you can see in Streetview) says on their website: “The business is based in its premises at Sallypark, Newrath, Waterford”.
No clue about the turn away from the river. Seems to be just up to a few houses.

It looks like Yanis has answered your other question. If we don’t make a junction at that location at all, then Waze can obviously never direct you to a U-turn.
I think that - as a driver - that I’d make a sneaky U-turn in this situation, and then wait for Waze to notice that I’d changed direction. If U-turns are prohibited, then Waze shouldn’t direct them.
Yanis / David - Thanks for the info and the education. That automated U-turn avoidance is just the ticket there. As a Waterford man, and also someone who drives that road a bit, it feels to me that the junction should go in (despite it technically maybe being in Kilkenny ). I’ll do some digging to see if I can find out what is in both side-roads - and what their official names are - as it might add some value to the decision.
