I have made all of the changes except for 2 instances where I tried to divide a segment to create a new point where the speed changes. I got an error when I tried to make these last two changes.
I created 2 comment points to indicate where these speed changes are and a description of the required change:

Thanks for fixing these up. I checked the permalinks provided (very helpful) and noted there is a routing preference applied to these segments, meaning L4+ can only split them. I’ve split them for you and will leave you to set the speed limits.
I have updated the speed limits. All done.

Keep in mind, segments like this also won’t display a speed in the app until they’re verified by local editors with knowledge of the area. You can verify them by clicking the verify button.
There’s a huge amount of these in the Dubbo area, especially on key roads like the one you were working on. Could be another project for you to get these unlocked and verified? Especially if you have the local knowledge that we don’t.

I know the speed limit is wrong on the Newell Hwy on the north side of Dubbo so I’ll do that one in the next couple of days.
