Have currently attached the new private road, but just realised this is going to need the Eastbound carriageway unlocked as this will allow the right turn across the carriageway from the new road.

Minor point: I disabled the right turn from the westbound carriageway of A48, as U-turns are not permitted here. Otherwise, good job! 
Apologies for this error. I only seem to have recently been able to edit specific turn directions on a node - up to this point, i only had access to all or none!
