All looks fine to me.
I think you might have edited this junction, which I did not create/edit:
To make it possible to turn into it from the main road.
This road is not yet built which is why the turn restrictions were on there.
I did edit it. Because I hadn’t had a reply, I enabled the turns, assuming that you had forgotten to check them.
If the road isn’t yet built, then it’s best to disconnect it from the main road. Any experienced coming upon this situation and seeing the red arrows is likely to assume someone’s forgotten to check them.
I’ve deleted the remaining segment for now. Will add back in when it is built.
