L4: Add restrictions due to works on N3, tervuren

There are some big roadworks on N3 in Tervuren causing a real mess.

The livemap shows the roadworks accurately (see image) but the problem is that these “road block” reports will disappear in an unknown amount of time and Waze will route again through these closed roads.

So I guess a temporary restriction on these streets is more appropriate. Basically, all segments between the two roadblock reports (on the left and the right of the image) should be restricted both ways until… April 2015 if I read correctly this website: http://www.wegenenverkeer.be/wegenwerken/werven-gewestwegen/vlaams-brabant/item/n3-leuvensesteenweg-tervuren-herinrichting.html?category_id=245

I’ve also registered a long time ago these roadworks using feedthewaze but the notification does not appear :frowning: Is “feed the waze” still working ?

I made some time-restrictions (hopefully correct)

feedthewaze is still not working (as far as I know, I don’t hear updates about it)

Feed-the-waze is still not stable… some are working, others not, so, not trustfull… a pitty, but we try to keep the pressure on Waze to get this running again… but…
