I suggest to add a time restriction to those segments, https://www.waze.com/nl/editor/?lon=2.93824&lat=50.85581&zoom=3&layers=997&segments=183120901,181825975,181825959,181825420,88039108,88038494,151209047&env=row, to restrict all traffic from Mar-24 till Apr-04 (phase 1). I don’t think anything needs to be done for phase 2.
