Update as of 23rd. November on this page and UR visible on Permalink, the segment is no longer driveable, but it is not clear how long this applies.

Thanks for this, and apologies that I haven’t found time for this forum for a few days (and it seems nobody else has either 
). I actually picked this up via a list of roadworks in Surrey, which told me that the Egham bypass is closed for a couple of nights next week.
I’ve edited the non-existent roundabout segment to have a permanent restriction banning all vehicles. And because that’s an edit, and therefore won’t take effect until the next international tile update, I’ve also added a closure. Closures take effect immediately, but they prevent editing.
So once we have a tile update, and the restriction kicks in, I can remove the closure. Then I can start thinking about editing the junction into it’s new shape. That will be a big job, and I don’t perceive it as being urgent. I think now that the missing roundabout segment is blocked, the present Waze map will route correctly until the new loop for Staines traffic opens - and that’s at least a month away. Sometime during the next couple of weeks…

The A30 closure seemed a little ambiguous, in one case referring to the whole dual carriageway, plus no response to the closure request was making me hesitant about doing anything else. Although an unusual one, should this closure have been asked for via ‘Closures’ request screen to have got response or is there no difference?
Closures go in on WME (Waze Map Editor) - select a road segment and the click the “Closures” tab rather than the usual “General” tab. But I don’t think you can close any segment until you are level 3, and you can’t close a segment locked higher than your editor rank either. So for the moment you’re stuck with asking for them on this forum.
For this particular closure, roadworks.org was a bit vague, but it’s fairly clear here. Still not totally clear mind, I’m not sure whether it’s two nights or three. I’ve only input closures for two.
