L4 downlock/fix M3/M25 junction slips

I noticed today an advance warning sign for slip road closures at the M25/M3 junction. Highways agency press release http://www.highways.gov.uk/news/press-releases/planned-roadworks-in-and-around-the-m25-weekly-summary-for-monday-27-january-2014-sunday-2-february-2014/ confirms.

The M3(E) to M25(ACW) slip needs a time restriction to close it 22:00-05:00 28/1/14-29/1/14.
The M25(CW) slip to M3(both directions) slip needs a time restriction to close it 22:00-05:00 29/1/14-30/1/14.

Outside my AM area. I’m level 4.
