Hi, could a level 4+ editor downlock the supermarket and parking lot roads to a suitable level, and approve the updates. Lots in Nottingham like this :?

I had previously lowered the lock it while clearing some updates (why does everyone think a tilted picture from across the car park adds value?) I have no idea why I lowered it from L4 to L3, I can only assume I missed the “1”.
