As reported by a Wazer, Bowling Ave seems to be split by two one way streets with islands that allow for U-turns to be made. Currently the road is marked a single two way street. I plan on adding a one way street and marking the other street as one way street. I’ll mark the various island turn available. The two streets will the join into one by segment ID 274600486 and 181560412. So I will also require the intersection by Bolwing Ave and Kelvin Dr to be unlocked.
So to be clear you want Bowling unlocked from Roosevelt to Kelvin?
Please have look at the Waze Wiki WRT splitting and unsplitting. There are methods that keep the road data intact and others that don’t. Naturally we want to keep all the data intact.

Thanks for the Wiki link. I’m guessing its possible for me to just allow for U-Turn between segments of road? If so I can keep the road intact without splitting it.
Looks to me like the road does meet the critereia for spilitting but I’m inclined to say leave it as it and enable the U-turns. The map would look “funny” with a split carriageway for such a short section.

Wazer reported that u-turn signals are allowed on this road, as it’s two split streets.
Instead of splitting the street, I linked small portions of road by Mooirivier Way and Malopa Rd just before they are closed off. This allowed me to add u-turn signals to Bowling Ave.
