L3 Hans Schoeman need to be split with an island. It is imposable to turn into house numbers from the wrong side of the road.

Turn restricions here look fine to me… But I see your point. If you were coming from the South and going to a house on the RHS of the road you’d get a “your destination is on the right” which of course it would be but you wouldn’t be able to stop or turn in.
The Wiki seems to not cover this one. What brought about the need to unsplit? Incorrect routing from a UR?
I don’t know why the road is not split and I believe the below applies
