Hmm, I checked with the project team about this closure they said it was still in place. I have removed the closure and will once again enquire about this closure. Trams for Newhaven are very approachable via their website chat or even twitter if you want to check any closures set as part of the trams project.
Having confirmed with the project team, this junction is still closed as per the TM plans. I have therefore mapped the closures again.
