Can someone downlock to L1 this section Shortmead St so I can add the new roundabout at the junction of Sun St.

Not quite, I’m afraid! 
You need to select “No Name” and “No City” checkboxes for the segments of that roundabout - they’re currently showing red like that because they haven’t been completed.
You also need to change the type of the roundabout segments to match the “highest” attached road type - Minor Highway in this case. If you don’t, Waze will “see” this as a break in the highway and longer routes will avoid this section.
Oops. :oops: School boy error on the first count - must have got distracted before finishing.
Second point I was not aware of, and of course it makes a lot of sense when pointed out.

That looks fine now. 
I’ve locked that roundabout and attached segments to 5, since it doesn’t match the aerials or Street View. The rest of the A6001 through Bigglsewade has been brought down to L3.
