Looks like an L5 or L6 stopped halfway through editing this, perhaps removing the Y connectors to the roundabout? (roundabout was recreated end of July this year)

I’ve not edited any connected nodes at that junction since 07 January 2012, I’ve PM’ed Keiran to see if it’s been left like that for a reason.
Just got a PM back from Keiran and he says that it was fixed when he edited the roundabout.
Maybe it got caught in a rollback? We’ve had a few of those recently.
I tried to edit it but it’s stuck in a sync error

This is now fixed; thanks to a tip from Timbones, editing a trivial property of the segment (like level) and save restores the ability to edit the segment.
In this case after editing nothing more than the segment level and saving it then appeared connected to the roundabout, so there was no issue with the road just it’s display in WME.
