I’ll check if the road in and out are still valid.

Yes, we editors do look after “places”, including petrol stations. Except for recording the prices.
I’ve downlocked this one so you can deal with it. I suspect the cafe (separate point place) may have gone as well - I’ll leave you to worry about that

The fuel has been deleted, but the food place is still there.
Not certain if there is anything left to relock. 
If there is, feel free to return the locks to appropriate levels.
Agree nothing to relock - the petrol station should never have been L5 anyway (guideline is L3).
