The unnamed road heading north does not actually join the roundabout. It joins Thorne Road just before the roundabout.
That said, perhaps someone more experienced could take a look and make a judgement on it, because I’m pretty sure Google & Apple maps both treat it as Waze currently does, as do most locals regardless of what the signs say

I agree with your assessment - the un-named road shouldn’t be connected to the roundabout.
There’s an additional problem - the existing roundabout is too large for the situation - because it has a diameter of 20m, which means that Waze will use it for u-turns; something that shouldn’t happen at a mini-roundabout.
I’ve downlocked the roundabout to auto(1). It was at 5 for old historical reasons which haven’t been relevant for years.
What I suggest you do is delete the roundabout. Then join the 4 connecting roads at the centre, trying to make them meet at roughly right-angles. After that, draw in a new roundabout with a radius (which is shown whilst you’re drawing) of 20 feet. That’s our recommended minimum size for proper display in the app and will make u-turns disallowed. Then you can join the un-named road to Thorne Road and set the speed limit to 60 on the section between there and the roundabout.
Have a go and let me know when you’re done
Thank you.
Think that got it. Not really done much with roundabouts before.
Looks good, but I did have to tweak the roundabout a little.
The reason for having all the segments connect at roughly 90º is to do with roundabout instructions. If a roundabout has 2-4 connections and they are all at multiples of 90º (to within less than 10º), then the roundabout is what we call “normal”. That means that instead of “take the n’th exit” instructions it will give “turn left/turn right/go straight on” instructions.

That’s particularly important in a case like this, where you could argue that the un-named road should be connected, as Google has it. Drivers might be confused if we told them to take a numbered exit, not being sure if that un-named road is included in the count. With a “normal” roundabout, the instructions are simpler and don’t require exit counting. :geek:
