Request unlock to move this node NW to avoid unnecessary overlap between the ramp and SR-24 E. I believe this will require unlocks of both adjacent highway segments and the ramp itself.
Lowered - please be careful not to delete/disconnect when you move the node. You can move it further upstream to get the proper angle (15º between the ramp and the FWY.
