Reason for request: Cleaning up a few things. Moving gore point up a bit, removing redundant node on exit ramp segments, restricting turn back onto I-287 S.
No idea why the situation in my screenshot happened, but it did.
I unlocked the Freeway Segments
The ramp segments were already at L3
