The North end of this segment has no turn allowed when it should be but is locked L5
Can someone please change the turn to allowed

I think that segment is only locked because, further to the south, it crosses a motorway. I’ve seen many of these - I think it’s because people travelling at speed don’t see minor road overpasses due to autozoom. They report “missing road” and then a new editor comes along and tries, with the best intentions, to do something about it!
Anyway, I split the whole locked segment with “bridges” so I could leave the motorway crossing locked but unlock your end of it. You can delete that superfluous node now. :mrgreen:
