I’m an L1 editor and need to update this L5-locked segment:
Justification: should allow left turn in order to resolve this automatic UR. The turn (really a stay left) is no longer disallowed as shown by latest drives and additional GPS points.

Perhaps somebody has already corrected it, but I don’t see anything wrong with those turn restrictions. The split at the end of the ramp has both directions permitted. The only turn restriction is from eastbound N Harbor drive onto the ramp and I think that it accurate.
The only Map Problem in the area is due to poor gps reception and should just be closed as solved.
Weird. Yesterday that segment showed left turn as restricted, but it’s not showing as having been edited since then either.
Someone probably did change it in the mean time. Unfortunately, changes to turn restrictions do not affect segment modification dates or leave any trace of the editor who changed them.
