The question on proper is a mixed bag. For us beta testers, to disconnect segments it is a yes and no depending on situation of length. Even then, the beta feature (time restriction) isn’t completely working correctly to implement, so for long term closures it was expressed to me, yes disconnect. While on the other hand, it was expressed to me that “if there is a road, it should not be disconnected” which I agree to if the features worked as they should. On that note, how long is this construction? Do you have DOT links possibly, or news station coverages?

Thanks for the reply. According to MDOT, they were supposed to be reopened, but I won’t be by that way until tomorrow. I’ll let you know then.
So as of this morning, both of these ramps are still closed.
