We already have this turn segment closed through the end of the week.
Is the construction long-term?
Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to closures at your editor level and an unlock does not matter. There is a lock on the editor rank for handling closures in general, regardless of the lock level on the specific road.
But, if you can describe the construction there, we can place a longer closure - if that’s the case.

Hey JB,
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, this is a longer-term closure since they are working on the whole area. For now this is the only one I notice and soon enough they will probably be closing the access loop to I-275 North. But I will keep you updated here since I cannot make those changes myself.

Hopefully MDOT will post when the freeway ramps are closed. But often they miss the connector segments like this one.
