I’ve located a smear of sorts but it is outside of my editing area.
There are two problems:

  1. The segment creator dgkeith8 has added all the lanes of a parking lot
  2. The state specified is “Other” instead of “Georgia”

Fixed. There’s a road segment somewhere that’s labeled as “Other” which is why that keeps popping up as an option for the state column.
